Texas cannabis.
The policy record.
Follow what candidates propose, what public officials do and what the original sources establish. Dated research, with statements and official actions kept distinct.
Start with the evidence we have.
Current coverage connects the 2026 Texas U.S. Senate race with TCL’s existing Houston ballot-measure research. This is a selective research collection, not complete coverage of every candidate, race or local ballot.
No endorsements, candidate scores or inferred support/opposition labels. An absent statement is a coverage limit, not a position.
Choose your research path.
A record that can outlast an election.
Each evidence item preserves a specific topic, source, date and jurisdiction. Election-cycle pages will retain their original context. Results, terms of office and later policy changes require their own records; they will not overwrite earlier statements.
Legislative bill and roll-call records are planned. They are not yet a searchable TCL dataset. Use Texas Legislature Online for original legislative records.
Check the original sources.
Texas Secretary of State election information · TCL’s structured policy evidence · Source catalog
Source access, indexing and search performance are separate matters. This collection makes the reviewed records inspectable; it does not establish the current status of every policy.

Wear your support. Keep the Ledger open.
A sticker, a hoodie, or a coffee helps fund the source checks and upkeep behind free Texas cannabis records. Choose how you want to support the work.
Support sustains the project. It never changes what the records show.
